Embassy Homes began a tradition of unrivaled quality and service in the new home construction industry in 1961.  Since that time, the entire focus of Embassy Homes and its family of owners has been building homes.  This is not the result of a career change for any of the senior officers at Embassy Homes rather it has been the primary focus of their careers.

McGinnis, Chairman and CEO - Bachelors of Science in Construction/Engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.  Building homes is a very complicated process.  The steps involved are not as simple as lining up the contractors and letting them work.  The owners must be knowledgeable in each and every phase of building to insure that the contractors are subscribing to their standards of quality.  An owner must know more than their contractors. 

Timothy P. McGinnis, President - Bachelors of Science in Residential Construction/Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. I have followed in my father’s footsteps 20+ years later.  Not only does my knowledge and background insure that the process is done properly but my years dedicated to this industry gives me the experience to decide if advances in technology compared to what was done years ago is worth the change.  One can not always depend on the individual contractor to have this depth of experience and awareness.

Jerome G. McGinnis, Vice President/Director. I bring to the industry Embassy's drywall company. Finishing of the walls is one of the most important and visible details in your home. Poor taping/coating, as well as improper securing of the material, leads to many cosmetic issues down the road.  My expertise and attention to detail is why our drywall is the best in the industry.  I have personally spent many years as a finish carpenter- owning my own company. Because I have worked perfecting my skills in this industry, it is only natural for me to select only the best carpenters in the industry to work on an Embassy Home.  I know what to look for and expect only the highest in quality. The finish carpenters that are employed by Embassy Homes must subscribe to the highest of standards, not for us, but for you - our customers.  Short cuts are not acceptable. Only the most skilled craftsmen are hired by Embassy Homes.

Kathy Schmidt, President – Embassy Realty. Before commencing my career at Embassy Homes I earned my Bachelors of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point.  I also hold a Real Estate License.  My job as sales manager for Embassy Homes insures that communication and education of the construction process is paramount.  In the process of building a home the quality and level of communication is what makes or breaks a smooth transaction. I have personally been involved in the design and construction of hundreds of homes which gives me insight only years of experience can provide. This wealth of knowledge and experience will leave you assured that not a single one of your needs or wishes will go unaddressed.
